FAR March Networking and Discussion Happy Hour
How is AI impacting your workforce?
An interactive presentation
Building on the January virtual session, join us March 26th for an in-person presentation and networking event that will continue the discussion about artificial intelligence and nonprofits. Presenters and participants will share how AI is reshaping the way nonprofits deliver services, manage operations, and support their teams. From grant writing to program evaluation to workforce planning, AI tools are already influencing day-to-day work across the sector. Opportunity in this area also requires responsibility. Nonprofits must navigate ethical considerations, data privacy, and workforce impact with care. Join Vault Consulting for this interactive session that will explore real-world use cases and strategies for leaders to champion thoughtful, secure, and mission-aligned AI adoption. This session is designed to engage no matter how far along the adoption spectrum organizations are.
Participants will be able to:
- Identify and share practical AI use cases currently emerging in nonprofit organizations across departments and operations
- Assess workforce implications of AI adoption, including skills, policy, and change management considerations.
- Develop human resources strategies to support the appropriate, ethical, and secure use of AI within your organizations.
