  • Attendees prepare to engage with each other and share, as teams, their plans in the event of disaster.
  • Each person at the table has a role (IT, HR, CFO, etc.) and those roles have to think about how various circumstances could affect their organization.
  • The first set of "disasters" is laid out in Bob's handout.
  • Bob adds slides with new situations that each team must react to and develop a plan for and then be prepared to share it.
